We started Cogniscio in 2023, after watching teams juggle one tool for collaboration and another for training while knowledge fragmented in the gap between them. In a fleet, a factory or on a flight line, that gap is not an inconvenience. It is the distance between an incident and the lesson that should have stopped it.

So we built Cogniscio, an AI-native Learning Operating System. It takes what your company already knows, connects it to what your company actually does, and turns both into capability you can see. We built it first for aerospace, training teams on complex SaaS platforms where performance, compliance and retention are not negotiable. Today the same system runs for a 300-driver transport fleet. It works for a team of ten and for an organisation of ten thousand, because the problem is not headcount. It is the distance between what people do and what they know.
